For R450, you will receive 3 hours of her time including comprehensive notes and guidelines. A bit of science behind good bacteria will be explained and the basics applicable to setting up your own Cultured Kitchen. Her workshops are interactive and we will all get our hands messy. There will be lots of tasting and chatting. Her approach to health and wellness has always been that it should be achievable, sustainable, easy and most of all fun! If you wish to enjoy a coffee or tea, even a glass of Pinotage and tapas you’re welcome to stay a bit longer in the Springfontein Bar(n).
