Come and be a part of the Annual Penguin Plunge. You can be either a brave penguin and plunge into the icy Klein River or a cheering chicken on the bank.
Dress up in something cute, funny, daring or unique if you like. There’ll be Gluhwein, hot chocolate and soup for all penguins. Chickens are welcome to partake for a donation. Gerrie from Okkie Smuts Koshuis will be selling boerewors rolls, hamburgers and cooldrinks.
King Neptune will be there with his trusty trident to lead all the brave penguins into the river while the cheering chickens cheer them on from the bank.
- When: 20 June 2018
- Cost: a donation – even if you’re a cheering chicken. All proceeds go towards out soup kitchen fun for the elderly.
